Pneumatic Saws

Our model A and B upstroke saws are fitted with a stepped depth of cut adjustment. The saw is started via a metered signal from the hauloff. The saw table travels at a speed set to match the product. The clamp bar grips the product and the saw cuts through cleanly. When the cut is complete the saw blade drops and the table returns to the start position.

Servo Saws

Our servo saws are an upgrade of our proven pneumatic saws. A brush less DC motor replaces the pneumatic cylinder. This enables the saw table to exactly match the line speed, via an encoder fitted to the hauloff. This reduces the cut length tolerance to the absolute minimum.
